Is it good and Genuine to Buy a Product through Naaptol Online Shopping?

Between Online Shopping sites like ebay India, Indiatimes Shopping and 20North, i recently came across Naaptol Online Shopping (http://www.naaptol.com/). The deals were good and also here i found out some rare products which i was looking out for a long time and so Decided to buy one. Cost of product is less than Rs500. Product is a plastic toy. But, recently, i too came across some Complaint Sites (consumer Court forum) and other Forums where many people/customers were complaining Naaptol that they are fraud and they deliver Wrong, defective and broken products. Some even complained that, when they opened package they found no product at all!! Shipping also some time is late. And for some, the product even never gets shipped like sofa. They added saying that, After the customers return back the wrong/defective product to Naaptol to get their correct ordered product (as per Naaptol's advice), they never get their ordered product there after.!! Out of 100%, from those forums, i seems only 5 to max 10% of customers are happy and add to be lucky with Naaptol shopping. Now, thou i know these Risks, Is it advised to buy product from Naaptol? Most of complained products were Electronics Like cellphone, MP3 plyers and DVDs including laptops and some were kitchen items which gets broken. But mine is an plastic toy item. I Barely-hardly need that item. Is it good to Go? Any B4 Experienced Naaptol Shoppers, please advice....! Thank you....
