An STD is a Sexually Transmitted Disease. I doubt just drinking coffee or changing anything about your diet would cause STDs or prevent them. Medicines are there for treating STDs, even though there's a few STDs that can't be cured, like AIDS.

As far as I know, tea and coffee don't do anything to cause or prevent STDs. The only way you could get STDs is through contamination (contact with someone or something that has STDs). Let me be clear: no, tea won't cause STDs, and neither will coffee.
