Is there a negative side effect of having a low task rating?

I've had to forfeit a few tasks lately because I've been procrastinating (as usual). And now I've had to lose precious money because of my bad mistake. Well now, my task rating has gone down, obviously. And I was just wondering some questions. If your task rating is low, does that mean you can't do certain tasks anymore? I still want to do SharonBucks tasks, but I don't know if I can if my rating is that low. Will your rating affect your eligibility to participate in certain tasks, like SharonBucks ones?
