Rejection is tough, from a young age we are trained that NO is a very bad thing, because it is what we are told, and sometimes quite rudely when we are doing something our caretakers consider to be bad.
It is difficult to handle, I am glad you chose to see the lesson in the refusal.
I usually feel angry, but mostly just render myself to acceptance of a fact. It is doubly difficult when making a sale though, in those instances, I feel quite sad.
Be grateful, babysitting isn't the easiest job in the world, and you can always come over and babysit my son. I won't refuse you, I would just cherish the freedom.
Sincerely and With Appreciation.

No one like to be refused, you must be very sad upon this matter. But if you think you can make it better, just keep on moving! Failure is a stepping stone for success.

Rejection for me is a good thing. It's a good way towards self-evaluation and self-improvement.
