Based on what I've learned and read, foods rich in protein like nuts which have nuts protein simply caused your allergies. I myself is allergic to peanuts and all kinds of nuts. Mostly food rich in protein caused us allergies. So better avoid eating any kinds of nuts as well as food reach in protein like sea foods. If it can't be avoided keep on bringing medicines that counter act allergies so that it won't get worse at all.

Apparently the nuts are causing a reaction to your skin. I probably would watch which type of nuts they are and avoid them as much as possible. If at all possible I would not consume them any more as the nuts could cause worse reactions. I have heard of people being allergic to nuts which can go into anaphalatic shocks so probably best to consult a doctor as to what side effects can arise.
