Does the level of Education still matters?

People are becoming more and more independent these days. But everyone is walking on the road of uncertainty. We do not know what will happen next. Before, women are tagged as the weaker gender but now we cannot say that anymore. Setting aside the other changes that are too many to mention, DO YOU THINK "EDUCATION" STILL MATTERS TODAY? I MEAN IN TERMS OF ACHIEVING SUCCESS THESE DAYS?!.....
