I have a one year old son and he's a pretty good eater so far. He loves fruits and vegetables and actually prefers water over most juices. What foods do your toddlers enjoy? Are they picky eaters or eat anything?

My cousins little girl is a very fussy eater but that is because she isnt given proper foods she is given a lot of milk which fills her up and she is given rubbish like crisps for her to eat by herself or things like grapes which she can be given and left to wander round with and which she usually wastes as no one makes sure she eats it.When i was that age i eat the same food as my mum and dad did and because of this i have never been fussy.

Yeah, I try to keep my son from eating too much junk food. I don't mind letting him have a cookie or treat every now and then, but I don't want him to develop bad snacking habits early on.

when they grow a bit older, say 5-6 years old, this dilemma would return as they would become picky to the kind of foods they would eat.
