which workout routine you prefer the most?

Their are lots of ways to maintain and lose our weight others do aerobics,weight lifting ,dancing,jogging and so much to mention that this work out routine would help us perspire a lot,help us to burn enough fats and toned our body.Belly dancing and any dancing moves worked for me.How about you which work out routine you prefer the most?:)

I love to dance workout outs. I have lots of dance workout DVD's. I also have a set of DVD's that I love that combine dance moves with kickboxing moves. That is my favorite one, it is called Turbo Jam. It is a really effective workout as well. It gets the body in really good shape. I have lost 22 pounds since February, and a lot of that had to do with my dance workouts.

Both cardio and weightlifting combined. One day cardio and next day weightlifting. If I dont combine cardio and weighlifting and just do cardio I will lose muscles. And if I dont do any cardio I gain a lot of fat. SO for me the best option is to combine these.

I prefer hitting the weights. Strength training, muscle building. I like lifting heavy, only to try and go harder and heavier. The approach that I am going for is not weight loss, but to bulk up, and increase muscle mass and strength. I have this addiction to like being strong because I have been lifting for quite some time, and this is my normal, even though to others I am not human. Originally, my doctor wanted me to do this to lose weight (I was a really chubby kid), and began playing football, only to get big, heavy and strong. I lost the fat, but I was heavier due to the muscle growth. Then I was lifting to regain my health after a car accident, only to learn that this body responds well to heavy lifting. then my jobs, which all were heavy manual labor, and I went back to lifting to see how much of a beast I could become.

Hi! There are various ways to loose weight but if you are not that determined to loose some extras in your body, it wouldn't be effective after all. I must say, the best thing to do first is to control food in take, not to starve your self but to choose foods that contains ingredients that may develop into fat and bad cholesterol. Preference on food is the basic factor that would make you succeed in loosing weight. I loved working out in gym doing the lifting and hundreds of crunches but having balanced diet is the best routine that you can develop to achieve a healthy and fit figure. :-)

Any will do but I am not into it now. i don't want to lose weight. I am working really hard to get a big butt body! lol I like shaped women, really huggable and all. haha :)

nowdays i think i never workout but back in college i used to jogging continue with weight lifting and on the weekend i swim...

I go for brisk walking in the morning in a boulevard near my place. And sometimes along the beach, too, with my dog. I do not have a routine workout but walking is enough for me, specially if I do it in the morning during the sunrise, the sweat is just so gratifying.

I prefer weight training to lose weight.but the drawbacks is that you lose slowly first and then you take pick up and lose fast after 6 months. It has got another advantage and it is that you wont gain your weight back quickly .And also build muscles.and muscles burn calories even while you sleeping and it keeps you healthy life long. But if you dont have time then you go for dancing and some cardio vascular exercises to lose some quick weight.But in this way there is a chance of losing muscles also .
