is the internet addicting?
I find my self on the internet for hours and hours every day. It is crazy how it is so addicting and i can never get bored online because there is always something new and awesome.
what do you think?

Yes internet is really very addictive. It is the second thing I do besides going to school. As soon as I return home, i'm on my laptop again. Because of internet i sometimes forget to do my homeworks and sometimes it takes away my hunger too LOL but it's true!!

Happens the same thing with me!! :)
I get home and the first thing that I do is get my laptop and turn on the TV. Sometimes, I know that I have to study, but the internet seems so more attractive.
When I'm playing online I totally forget about eating too, sometimes I started playing after lunch and only going to remeber to eat when I'm about to go to sleep.

Absolutely yes! Spending one day without going online is incomplete.It's like something missing.I'm very thankfull for someone who build the internet,ahahhaha, lol :D

That's true, group of people can't live without internet.Not only make us having fun, but internet provide us many information and online earning.Online earning is bonus that bring motivation for some of us to keep online, lol :D

I feel the same way as you, it seems that day is not complete until you spent some time on the internet. When I read your post, I stayed intrigued about the person that created the internet. I searched and I saw that was not only one person that invented this wonderful thing, it was a group of people.

Yes, internet is very addictive. I spend many hours each day browsing on the internet. Of course, internet has become the information highway these days, carrying tons of a broad variety of information. That makes it very helpful for my line of work, that is market research. At work, I would spend the whole day doing market research on the internet. Then, after I get back home, back on to internet, enjoying the different programs, and myLot comes on top of the list !

Spending a lot of time online is just like wasting a lot of productive time but thanks to mylot, staying online chatting has been converted to an online cash machine :))

Yep, if use half of the time that I spent on the internet, my grades definitely would be a lot better! :)
At least now, I don't feel that bad, because I spent a lot of time on the internet, but now I'm winning something in myLot.

Yes I also find the Internet very much addictive. I like to sit here and surf for anything. It takes no time to pass the hours from my busy schedule.
I started writing here from 10:00AM and now it is 12:00AM here and I still sitting here and writing.
I have no complaints with myself for this because I am not wasting my time but doing something productive. Thanks and have a nice day ahead.

Wow..but 24 hours is too much! I don't know anyone that spend that much time on the internet, but my mom said that a son of her friend is addicted on online games and that he doesn't do anything else besides staying in front of the computer playing his games. For me, this is kind crazy, I don't know how he can handle that.

I agree with you. There are so many things to do on the internet that you can easily spend so many time on the internet. Usually, when I have to study for a test, I always find something better on the internet. I visit news websites, go to msn, check my facebook, come to myLot to see the discussions, watch videos on youtube..and so many other things.

I'm also addicted to the internet.
Internet makes communication with family who live far away, becomes easier.
Internet also provides a lot of information and ease in finding material for my college assignment.
Add to friendship, and makes a great distance to be very close.
I am very grateful to be able to enjoy the internet every day.

Yes, I think it's addicting because everything has both sides.
It depends on how you think and how you work towards that kind of thing.
