Does SEO really work?

Hello guys
I have been hearing about SEO for a few days.I want to know does SEO really work for website?I saw thousands of freelances offering different SEO packages out there.I am planning to launch my personal website.So should I care about the SEO?
Also I got this website www.seobd.net
What are you guys think about their packages? As I am new here, please suggest me are their package really cheap or not.I came across several SEO companies and www.seobd.net seems to be cheap.But I am still waiting for your open suggestion.

Yes SEO does really work.. its form is Search Engine Optimization... By this technique a seo expert make pages as friendly for search crawlers and seo have big part of link building with other site too.. so your website presence have great stand and possibility of coming user by searching on search engine.
SEO is Hard work too where keyword is very common.. apply on your website.. but it is not easy task for normal user.

It is claimed by many that Search Engine Optimization or in short SEO is very essential for promoting any website. But I have no personal experience of it.

Hi I am not a professional or anything but I have been researching for a little while.I would suggest you do a little researching on SEO and just do it yourself it really is not that complicated.A lot of the companies want to charge a lot of money, and it is all stuff you could do on your own.I know a lot of websites that don't hire a company and they get thousands of page visits.I hope this helps and good luck on your journey.P.S put your website name in your post and it will probably get you a little traffic.
