How to get more referrals .?

Hello friends , i recently joined a ptc site , which is on my profile ( i don't know if i can share it here ) where i make nothing but pennies until i came to know that i need to have so many referrals to get a steady monthly payout there . How can i find more referrals . ?
How many of you people use ptc sites to make those extra few bucks monthly ?
If any of you guys are interested in ptc sites and have not already joined the site on my profile please do join as my referral .

You can have a lot of referrals by posting your referral link in forums, facebook, twitter, my space, youtube ...
And you can by referrals, for exemple : 100 referrals for 25 $.

I think nobody knows the answer. If anybody knows he will surely apply it for himself to get more and more referrals.
