Has VCBux turned scam?

Hi, I have reached the cashout for VCbux but when I try to request cashout it says "Maintenance, try later". Do you think VCbux has turned into scam site? Thanks for any help.

I really can't believe this... A well known scam site still have an active member like you??? That's so sad..:(
