Can Dhoni get a Century in current match with west indies?

i think dhoni should play fast if he want centuty in this inng else the match will close to draw.

The Indians did bat well in the first innings of the final test and it has put them in a commanding position in the test match. MS Dhoni would have beenvery frustrated considering that in the previous two test matches he was given out on deliverys that were not legal. Not once but twice. Dhoni needed to get some runs for himself and silence everyone who have been saying things in the past few weeks about his current batting slump. This time he got stuck in there and has put on a good 60 runs and with the help of Bhajji at the crease the two should look to given India and overall lead of at least 200. With this kind of a lead Westindies will under tremendous pressure to save the game and not go down 2-0 in the series. It will be difficult but if Dhoni can get a century then it will boost his confidence a lot and it will be like the captain delivering the final knockout punch. Lets hope we see the captain get his century and India putting on some more runs on day four..

Sadly Dhoni fell on 74. In the morning it looked like he was shaping up for a good century. But then there was a rain delay. He fell immediately after the rain delay worked up by a Fidel Edwards short ball. Cheers! Ram

I also wants him to get into century.But there is limited time.He has to be in rush.He is a good hitter,or one of the best,so he can easily do it. The fact is that india has already got 308 runs and a lead of 104 runs,which is a good target.Dhoni will be looking for a better lead by hitting everywhere for about 10 or 20 overs and then declaring. Anyway,Dhoni is back in form,and this is the better part,since the england series is approaching.

Hi dkboss, Nope not sure...he has to go after the bowling one time to keep the match alive (since india has only 4 wkts left and bhajji will surely get out one time or other)..in this case dhoni will surely fritter it away... Hope this does not happen and dhobi goes on and on Bragadish

Oh....No ....Unfortunately Indian skipper Dhoni has got out for 74 runs,26 runs short from his test century after a long time.Any way i hope he will soon make it in the england series. India is now,while I am writing this response is having a lead of 143 runs with munaf and I Sharma batting with 9 wickets gone.
