I can't believe it, i am starving right now. I have not felt this hungry.. or maybe because it is just now that i have lesser work.. work has been busy lately and i seem to not mind what i eat or if i have been eating at all - until NOW!
and i am craving for ramen noodles..those hot spicy ones! urrrghh m hungry!!

If you're hungry, eattttt... Aww.. that's my favorite snack.. noodles..
But if you're hungry, I suggest don't go for the spicy one.. specially very spicy.. it might burn your tummy...

aww really? i always do that.. i mean i love spicy food..and when i get hungry i often eat ramen.. wahh!

Go eat some food! But each healthy food not Ramen, which is basically empty calories with tons of fat. Your body is craving the Ramen because you are so hungry and it knows that it is a source of high calories and fat that is easily digestible. If you eat some healthy food, the craving for the Ramen will go away as your body gets the calories and nutrients its craving.

you know i dont understand it either. here lately with all this heat you would think i wouldnt want to eat either, as every other summer it has effected me that way. but not this one. seems i want to eat all the time. and yet im not gaining weight only loosing it.

It is ok, we always don't feel much. So, don't go for complete starving, have food what you feel like and eating little wont be a problem. However, much control and so long fasting is also not for good health and sudden change in food behaviour may cause health issues and there by natural body maintenance and make your body's fitness also get affected. So, eat little, but don't stop the timely meals, which is a must.

Hello there,
things seem to be just the opposite with the both of us. i don't feel hungry these days at all. if feels like my stomach is always full but still mom tells me to eat dinner together with the family, so I do eat even if I don't feel like it.
But yeah I love ramen. The red shin ramen is the besttt

based on my experience i felt the way same too......
your body trying to cope stressfull event and your brain telling i like to it that etc..
what should you do just make a hot soup any kind of soup as long as hot im not saying spices i rather say warm to make your tummy warm, warm can help the linen on your stomach muscle not spices food coz your stressful at work more acidic not good ph will increase...... your brain now can say i like to eat normal food what i have before.....hope i help a little
