Without Debit Card

i think it is not possible everybody pays to only verified paypal accounts

Paypal needs your debit card info only if you want to transfer funds from your debit card or account to your paypal account. Else you need not give them the information.You can also give your account details instead of your card info to withdraw funds. Anyway paypal is very secure and you need not worry about giving them the info.

i guess there are some"virtual"cards for sale over the internet, all you need to do is be sure when you purchase, the card is valid. anyway,PayPal is extremely safe and secure. dont worry about it:)
