I have read this article and find it very educating so that we may be warned and and spread the word to protect women we care about. A group of convicted rapists/attackers were interviewed inside the prison cell on what they look for a potential victim: ... These men said they would not pick on women who have umbrellas,or other similar objects that can be used from a distance, in their hands. From where I am, it is a common sight where you see women carrying umbrellas during summertime and more of course during the rainy season.Whether it's a folded or the good old-fashioned umbrella they carry, isn't it just nice to know that women are actually carrying self-defense weapons? Are you one of them , who has the habit of carrying an umbrella everytime you go out even on a sunnyb day ?
