this discussion was inspired by a talent search contestant.. she was born blind.. but despite her condition, God blessed her a wonderful talent..she plays piano while singing..(i think that's why we shouldn't call them "disabled persons". "differently abled persons" would be appropriate..) but what made me start this discussion was the statement of one of the judges. she said that when she was younger, she prayed that if God will take her senses away, she pray that God will spare her hearing. i wonder which is harder, living blind or living deaf..if i were to choose, i prefer to be deaf rather than blind..'cause i think, it's better to see things rather than just hearing them... what about you, fellow mylotters, if God will take away all your senses and just spare one of them, which will you want God to spare..??
