shopping i hate to go shopping with my family

I think you are right, sometimes when I go shopping with my parents and don't just have much choice. They dictate what to and what not to pick. It sucks sometimes though sometimes it's fun.

hello its john i tell you some simple sentences that could help you.. i think your granny needs attention, talk to her whats your problem open wide your communication to her it will help a little rather than doin nothin. its not all about parents and brothers , sister is all about you granny , coz your granny is your problem if your granny used money at the shopping on your pocket, just straight talk with her you say no im not selfish thou but i need to keep this money for good reason i know your granny will understnad it....but some granny didnt coz they self esteem is too low isnt it true? just be calm in every moves coz you will hurt your granny feelings........

I also face this kind of difficult situation everytime when I go shopping with my parents and sisters. I dont why I always find it embarassing to buy something unneccessary, like cosmetics in front of them. I can imagine their reaction - scolding me, telling me not to waste money buying this kind of stuff, warning me they will not give me any more pocket money if I buy those things. It is so stressful to go out with them. So I usually go shopping alone when I really want to buy some fancy stuff. And another problem is, the tastes of my family and I are different. What I mean is that once I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, and I have a choice in my mind. But my family think that another pair of shoes is a better choice. And as last, due to my respect on my family, I bought that pair of shoes even though I don't like it. But then I never wear it. Similar situations happened again and again. I dont really the kind of feeling that wasting money to buy something I don't like. Sigh... But to think in another way round, going shopping with my family can really help me to save some money. I may not be that irrational when buying things, especially to buy something which are unnecessary. Once I went out alone, I spent more than hundreds US dollars buying something I dont really need. So may be it is the only good thing of going shopping with family!
