Everyone should have their earliest memory of life. As for me, I still remember of my earliest memory when i was a baby. I was trying to sit up but i kept falling down on back. And then, i was getting mad that everyone made such a big deal of me falling down. And there were like four adults surrounding me. Whats yours?

I don't really know what my earliest memory is when I was a kid. I think it was when I was playing with my mom. She was smiling back at me. We were playing with this toy, I can't remember how it looked like but was a kid's toy.

Well, that was a long time ago, so it may be blurry for us to remember it. Anyway, thanks for sharing your memory :)

Wow, what a great memory you have. As for me, the one I remember the earliest is watching my being born. I'm about 1 and 10 months old back there.

You remember of yourself being born? Wow! One of a kind. How can you be so sure about that? Maybe it is just one of your dreams while sleeping at night?

My earliest memories are from when I was 3 years old: 1) I remember "seeing Jesus" in my aunt's church. My mom and aunt were in the office copying the bulletin for Sunday and my cousin and I were playing in the nursery. The church was locked up tight and we were the only ones there. The pastor and janitor were both out of town. I told my aunt and mom all about the visit Jesus had with us and my cousin (who was a year older) just stared with his mouth open. 2) Also at 3, I remember my dad coming home on pay days and he and my mom putting money in envelopes marked "mortgage", "utilities", "food", "credit cards", "tithe", "savings". I learned very early about the importance of budgeting, about giving/tithing, and about living beneath one's means. 3) I remember a lady coming to our house for a Stanley home party and how kind she was to me. She gave me an order form and let me pretend to order while she did her demonstration. I think she was a big influence in my decision to work for a home party plan later on - a career that lasted 10 years and earned me promotions to supervisor, district manager, regional manager and regional director. And a career which allowed me to travel because I won trips that I would not have otherwise taken. 4) Also that same year, there was a kid next door a few years older and he was going to go to kindergarten. He got one of those vaccinations that they did back in the 60s that ended up with a huge scab and later a huge scar. I punched him on that scab and it came off and he never forgave me for that. I also never hit another person in my lifetime (over 50 years). I met the kid again when we were in high school and he still hated me.

Yes I agree that you have had a wonderful life. Your blessed to have seen Jesus very few do. I am not religious but I believe in him. Oh and I also remember learning about money at an early age. My memory recalls how my grandmother would take me walking and if we saw money on the ground she would always say to pick it up. It is Gods blessing for us.

Tricky!! I never have thought of it. But ya, when I am trying to remember it, I am feeling a thrill! Two three visions/visuals are coming to mind. I am not sure what is the earliest. One is watching television in neighbors house. My younger brother had born. I watched a movie that is called 'Tinku'. And my brother was named after it. May be that (watching TV) is the earliest.

ItsOnMe I don't remember that far back! However, I do remember my potty chair when I was a toddler. I am 37 and back most of the potty chairs had a wooden top. Definately nothing like the more modern potty chairs of today. My memory is that I had to go potty one day and my Uncle got mad and said "why do you have to go potty when your mom goes to work"? Your a good girl go potty when mommie is home. I never forgot that and tried to make sure I did potty before mom went to work. Wasn't always successful lol but I did try.

Hi SpiritualistKatherin :) You must have gone through a painful period of waiting your mom to get home. LOL. Well, it's good to remember all those things in the past. Some of it will make you laugh and some of it will bring to tears. However, that's the rhythm of our life. And without it, our life will be boring, emotionless and pathetic. Anyway, thanks for sharing the times of your life. Have a good potty day. LOL :)

I was sent to school at three. Normally, I'd walk along with other school goers, mostly elementary pupils. At school our day care teacher told us a lot of Christian stories. I had an unexplainable fondness in Christ's walking n the sea. One time, when there was a strong storm, the river was flooded and wanting to prove my teacher's story I confidently stepped on the running water but sank. Luckily there were fishermen nearby who were desperately trying to save their boats. The ending, I got saved but their boats were totally wrecked.

Phew, thank god that there were fishermen nearby who came to the rescue. Or else, who knows what might happen. As a piece of advice, do not listen to your teacher anymore or your life will be threatened. Joking :) Thanks for sharing your memory with me. Have a good life :)

Wow, I don't remember back that early. I don't think I can remember much if anything since before I was 5. I can remember a birthday party at our old house and getting two of the same barbie doll, but still picking over which one I played with and which one a friend played with because even though the same, one had curlier hair lol. I'm not sure how old I was then. Maybe 6 or 7. I remember a few things from there, but not exactly how old I was at the time.

I remember being in kindergarten and coloring. Its not very vivid but I remember it because I was able to lay on the floor and color. It seemed like I like doing that because I stayed within the lines, I'm kind of weird like that. I remember going to school and popcorn day when I was in grade school. Good times!

Ya, if only we can turn back time. I would love to go back to the time where I will always have something to do, having fun doing it and got nothing to be worried. If the car in the movie "Back to the future" is real, i will definitely steal it and use it to go to my childhood times. Anyway, thanks for the response :)

I think that my earliest memory would have to be when I was 3 or 4, but I think that it was closer to 3. I was at daycare, and it was the end of the day. We were being read a story, or something like that, and turning to look a little to my left and seeing my grandmother pop into the door frame, as the door was opened. Then, I turn back to look at the daycare worker, and that's all I remember. I don't remember what exactly happened afterward.

I am a college student. So obviously my college life is my entertainment. There are many funny things in my college life. We will enjoy a lot in the college. Chat with friends, make funny, going to canteen, exams, lectures in the classroom, everything is a sweet memory..

Hi, rameshchow :) Is that your first memory? Well, living in a college life is fun isn't it? We can bully our juniors, can make funny of everything including our lecturers, and most importantly, we can make new friends. Getting knew with lots of friends and people from different state and culture make me feels that the world is big and wide open. The experiences, the excitements and the feelings are the most valuable things in my life.

I remember the times when I was in the sun and the sun falling its light on me. I sometimes hated the sun and sometimes liked it. There are other memories which are there but not that clear. I remember them but then I forget that how much old I was at that times. I remember the dreams which I had in my childhood.

Ya, me too. Hate it when it makes me feel so weak and my skin get itchy and dry. But i loved it most of the times :) Well, it's not your fault that you can't remember it clearly as the older we get, the more difficulty we seem to have remembering things.Anyway, thanks for the response, sanjay91422. Have a good life :)
