Generally people make does they come to any conclusion at all.I think it is just a meyer satisfaction to make himself comfortable with world!

Discussing makes you think. It's true, there hardly is any conclusion at all, but people can change think and understand more about the world and themselves. Someone will change their mind (rarely), someone just won't have any opinion... But it helps... and sure, it makes you feel comfortable with yourself and the world.
