Can you guys out there also add up ways to increase height after puberty?I could really use some advices about this problem too! I'm into stretching and practicing good posture habits. This helps me straighten my body to increase my height a bit. That's the only thing I'm trying to do right now that's why I hope some people around here can give some nice suggestions.

Go out for running, walking, jogging or cycling.Any of the cardio vascular exercises will help you increase your height. But avoid heavy weight training. This will hamper the growth. Also try some proteins and sleep well.

Is that so? Yes, I do admit that I have a weak cardiovascular characteristic. But does equate to low height? Well, I've got nothing to lose if I try your suggestion Humanicon. I'm trying also to load up in proteins but as far as sleep is concerned, I think I don't sleep the right amount needed.

okay what is your age and are you a boy or a girl? First of all you need to understand that your height depends on your genes. 90% genes and 10% healty diet and exercise TIPS: sleep for at least 8 hours per day, drink 3 to 4 glasses of milk, have a healty diet which includes lots of vegs and fruits, do some sport, try to avoid fast food fizzy drinks, avoid smoking and caffeine containing drinks.

There's isn't much you can do if you're not genetically prone to be tall. If you're male, you can grow all the way up until your mid 20's. That has been proven to me several times as a guy I knew in High School was shorter then me when we graduated and a year later he towered over me. Females on the other hand, stop growing around age 17. There are several ways (myths) that have been said to help your height when you're younger. 1-no caffeine. Most of the body grows (during adolescence) your sleep. so if you don't sleep your 8 hours a night, you might now grow as tall as you were meant to be. 2-keep your weight in track. growing outward has a possibility of stunting your growth. sadly, it did for me. I was supposed to be around 5'6" but because I was overweight while a child, I topped myself off at 5'3" 3-Good posture. It might not actually make you taller, but it will give the illusion of it. having good poster is also good for your health as well. standing tall will stretch your spine and reduce the wear and tear you might suffer

I am a woman and I am 5'6 tall.My parents are not that tall and I am taller than them.Maybe because of my vitamins and milk that I had taken during my childhood years.I also love to do any workouts and I usually do jogging for about ten rounds before which help increase my height.I also walk a lot too especially when I am travelling with my family and at the same time appreciating the view.

There's a tiger behind you run for your life's. Ok well you want to increase your height then go out of your house and keep running.Running is proven and best method to increase height.Along with running you need some proteins.Use soy proteins. They are good for increasing your height.and they also build bone mass.Do running specially in the morning.Any exercise done in the morning is very best exercise and its effects will be more.In order to increase height one should also have a good night's sleep.Atleast 8 hours of sleep is required for body to grow well. At your age there should be no hesitation for running. But still you have any hesitation then think that there is a tiger or a dog behind you.

I once have this book that increases height. It said that height stops from 22to 25 years old. I don't know where that book is anymore. But every exercise was all about stretching. I was always lazy I wasn't able to do it straight for 6 weeks. It wasn't easy for me. But I am tall anyway. I am 5'6. I was just so obsessed with trying to grow taller because I was joining fashion shows. Then I learned that stretching, especially as you are waking is helpful. Reaching anything, or sports like basketball helps. And when you sleep try to be as flat as possible so that your spine can stretch well. One of the exercises was hanging on something like a pole. Then just hang while your gripping some pole with your hands. Vitamins that can enhance growth also helps. Just stretch, reach and eat well and put some Vitamin D.
