What should be minimum age for affair?

Right now i am in delhi and its raining here.and i am on Delhi kishanganj railway station.here is 2 girf in front of me.when i saw them first they are looking just kid.but now i think i am kid.just some min.ago when raining was not started,the younger girl which age would be just 13-14 year start talking with his finger to somebody.i don.t know who was what she was saying him that she can.t come her relative is with her.i was stunned when i saw it.i couldn.t belive it.she would be 8th or 9th standard.and has affare.what do u think is right age for all this?where is the world going?

Are you she was 13-14year old? If this is right then i think that it is not right age for all this.World is not going in right leval. This is teenage ... only for study &increase knowledge....

You are right.but what parents are doing in this matter?didn.t they know what their kids are doing.what parents are doing in dis matter?its the main qus.

As i said above.Parents should not be blamed. Okay you take my case as an example. As i said ,i knew these things when i was 15 but i am 18 now and still i am not doing anythings like that because i am aware for my career. I give the career as my preference first. Now just imagine that if i would do these things instead of gaining knowledge and studies,does that mean that my parent's were not aware for this? I know my parents.They have sacrificed many things for me , just to make my future . And now if i donot understand this thing about my parents and just do rubbish things,should i be blamed or my parents ?
Now think,and say should the parent's be blamed everytime ?

You are right my friend.we just can.t blame parents but it doesn.t mean they are totaly right.when children fell in a bad company?first reason is the place where they spends their much of time.like school,colage,any instituation.when child come in touch of other childern,there was the first step for it.many kind of child effect that blank heart.and start filling with good or bad feelings.thats all is new for a kid so he/she excite and too want to do that all.after these place he/she comes to home and on pc or t.v the same is going.this also motivate him/her to do that.and parents are not aware for that till bcoz they think them just kid.after some time when that kid see his/her friends with a g.f/b.f then feel not secure and that is the start up of ending.what should be done in this case.parents are not strict so this all increas.technology and these bloddy t.v shows are filling the remain place.my parents was always strict and the reason i knew all about when i was in collage and now i think they was right.so i don.t want to see india a mini usa.but its happening.

13 -14 years is too young for romance . They hardly have any idea about the world outside and very often get cheated. It is the spread of the internet and mobile phones that has contributed to such hazardous trend in our society. Evn though the marriageable age for women is 18 legally, i think 20 plus would be an age when people generally matured mentally and understand the different aspects of romance.

You are right.i too think that minimum age for merriege should be 22 and yes some strict rule is also necessory in this country.childern should not allow to use comp.or these type content should be ban in india.
