how is this possible in money exchange?

Now a days large people use electronic currency and they use variety of online processores like paypal, alertpay, etc. There are also exchanger sites on net to exchange our money from one payment processor to another.
Recently i came across an exchange site http://speedxchanger.com/.
It says that it exchanges 10 Liberty Reserve USD = 13.53 Perfect Money USD.
How far this is possible for them? So this means everyone can become rich by giving 10 USD in exchange for 13.53 USD in perfect money.
How this type of exchange is possible? DO u have any idea about this?

I have seen a site like that before. Fortunately I followed my gut feeling that there is something fishy about an exchange site that gives you more than you expect, instead of asking for a charge.
And I was right as I found out later in forums that the site is a scam. People who fell prey never saw a single cent of their supposedly exchanged money.
Better if you check popular online earning forums to see other people's comment about such exchange site. There are legit ones and as far as I know none operate like this.

I was wondering about this as well. This way we could make a fortune in a short period of time, but maybe this is a type of scam, which can take all of our money away. Anyway, I have to read what others say also, and maybe even read some pertinent reviews.

I am quite sure if you try it out you will realize that you will never recieve the $13.53 nor will you ever get the $10 back you originally asked them to exchange... = SCAM

it is really surprising to know that a site is paying more just for exchange..i think buddy you must be very much careful about this site...it can be fake...or it can also be possible that they are going to invest your money that you are going to exchange and in that way they are providing you a benefit..but for also that they require to take some time...i think you required gather more information about..i hope other members will provide you more satisfactory reply.

I think its not possible.many online electric money exchanger all giving us service to exchange our money.and if you take a look on there exchange and online buying rate then u will came to know that every curruncy has diffrent price.paypal is lowest and liberty reserve i think high.but that diffrence is not that much high.so i think that may be a scam.so plaz aware.or u just ignor it.i would be better.
