I just found out about a break through in cosmetics. It's a lipbalm that can actually spoil you're appetite because of the taste and the somewhat different-kind-of-fruit smell. It's really interesting.

I think when you eat too much, food doesn't taste good anymore. I am overweight and that's how i got heavy. I think eating smaller portions and eating smaller bites you enjoy your food more and you lose weight. When you also eat what you want to and not resist from eating it you eat alot less. The key is to eat smaller amounts of what you want and that's what helps you lose weight. Make sure you don't starve yourself and take in less of what you are snacking on and eat it slower. Anxiety levels also harm you to eat more. Commercials have good looking foods on them and it makes you want to pick up more and eat. Stay away from the television and away from food sites. It's the way to keep pressure off of you to snack

Well if that is something you want to change, you just need to find ways to trick your mind into not wanting or getting certain things. For example, I don't drink pop at work anymore. Luckily, we only have a Coca-Cola vending machine at my work, and I'm a Pepsi person, so I don't really like any of the options. Plus, buying pop out of a vending machine is more expensive, so this deters me as well. I don't like going anywhere for my lunch since I only have half an hour, so if I don't bring pop with me, I just simply will not drink it. And it is okay to snack, but it makes a huge difference depending on what you snack on. Find healthier options that you like and stock up. You will find yourself choosing these over the less-healthy ones at least part of the time. Like first you could start buying healthier chips, candies, cookies, etc, and once you get that down, you could start moving on to more fruits and such. And don't ever drink diet pop. That is worse for you than regular, regardless of common claim.

It's okay to be an obese but its quite risky also for some cardiovascular diseases. So, you should have strength to have a regular exercise, eat healthy foods, avoid snacks such as junk food and drink lots of water. It really needs discipline to achieve one by one the good methods to reach the ideal body weight. Some people really have a hard time with that problem but it's best if you have someone who will assist you like going to a gym for example. There are people who would try to help you and assist you what exercise you should do. Its best if you start to act right now. (=

If you're eating plenty of snacks, for sure that you're going to be fat. Especially if you eat snacks that are high in fat. It would be better if you eat snacks like as fruits, nuts and cereals. You have to know how many calories your body needs in one day, and then you must not go beyond that amount. A great thing would be, if you begin to do sport in order to burn the excess calories. Finally, try to focus your mind on activities, that make you forget the pleasure of the snacks.
