Cancer cloud back on phone, but what's the remedy?

World Health Organization officials are of the opinion that cell phones have carcinogenic effects on human health. Science and technology are used to make living comfortable. Mobile phones were thus considered to be a blessing to us. Today, mobile phones have become the preferred mode of communication. But recent research has shown that electromagnetic radiations from cell phones might cause cancer in the brain. There have been also some speculations that radiation emitted by mobile- phone towers is inimical to birds and animals. Companies are busy investing sophisticated phones that might emit higher radiation. But despite so many problems, we cannot discard cell phones altogether. It is now the duty of mobile phone manufacturers and researchers to provide a solution. They must not hesitate to spend money for finding ways to get rid of this life threatening hazard of mobile phones. Am I right?

I agree the cell phone industry now needs to make safer phones for people.Instead of convient phones,I hope they start soon on this as I see alot of people using cell phones everyday.Have a great day.@DoctorDidi (7018)

Yes, I also think that the manufacturers should put main emphasis on the making of safer phones instead of sophisticated varieties with different extra facilities.

There is a key word in your discussion: "might cause cancer" Therefore, it is not proven, but I do agree that research should definitely continue until they actually release "will cause" or "cannot cause" cancer.

Though it is not proven, yet we must be careful about this possibility as it is already apprehended that it might cause cancer. And I believe this apprehension has been claimed after a lot of research work.

In fact, mobile phones have been very popular in every areas, even those who still studying also had been seen having one of it. Although i had been hearing speculation about the radiation from cell phone is harmful to our health but haven't seen any better solution to it yet. Mobile phone manufacturer should start finding the best health conscious product to helps protect the humankind from being infected with cancer in the long run, if the finding is truth. Everyone want to live a life free from cancer, right? Lets wait for the solution.

Yes you are right, end user like us always suffer the bad effects and consequences while companies get rich. I think we can also blame it to the fast track of lifestyle that every body is having. But if we don't swing with this fast track, we will be left behind and still suffer the consequences. All we have to do it to be moderate and self protect our selves by keeping healthy by means of exercise and eating good foods!

You are 100% right, the thing is nowadays all are not worried about this things, even though we know very clearly. as up now it is slow poison because of that people are omitting, but one fine day, when all the mobile are emitting higher frequecy, that time it will hit in all the people mind. upyo that time we have wait. we don't have any other option.
to avoid that we can use head phones and also avoid to speak when the mobile is in low battey because that all the mobile are emitting signal very high.
while calling time also all the mobile are emitting signals very high, it continues the same up the other person lift the phone.
so i request you all of my brother/sisters to follow the same to avoid the get cancer from mobile usage.

For me, technology always has many edges, many of them undesirable, so, as much as possible, I use technology only for the reason it has been invented and to the minimum necessary to reach my objectives with the greatest amount of convenience. I use cellphones only for texting and seldom for calls.

They have been saying this for many year. I guess we will see if people start contracting brain tumors and cancers. If they find that this is a definite threat to health then I would think the government would push these companies to do the needed research and make the appropriate changes. Alot of law suits down the line if they don't.

I am not sure if there is a big threat with the cell phones. I have few tips regarding the cellphones which I got from somewhere.
1. Always hear the cell phone with the left ear.
2. Never use that phone if its battery is on its last stage - 10% remaining.
3. Put the charger of the cell phones away from the reach of your hands.
I think there are reason for the tips given above. It will be good if they could find the solution for the problem you mentioned.
