Questions about Google Adsense

Hello everybody, I try to gather enough information to start my own blog (or website?) and to start earning from it. I have a lot of questions about Google Adsense but now I'd like to know the answer for only two of them: Does Google Adsense also pay per number of visits or it pays only for the number of clicks on the ads? And the second one: I write some articles for a site that pays for the number of views. I am quite satisfied with the result, as I have about 1500 visits in a month for less than 10 articles. Can I re-use those articles in my blog/website? Will Google Adsense consider the content is not unique and suspend my account for this?
