This is my effective diet just follow the food pyramid. Heavy-Medium-Light Meals. I ate heavy breakfast then medium lunch. After every meal I drink hot tea or warm water so that the fats will be burn .Cold water tends to solidify those fats which store in our stomach. In the afternoon please prevent in between snacks like eating chips or those junk foods as a substitute or alternative eat fruits rich in fiber like banana and apple. I also practice after six wherein i don't eat after six. You can also eat dinner with less rice or just plain fruits rich in fiber. Take note to always drink plenty of water this will limit your food cravings :)

Hi xcyper2084,
Effective Diet could be decided depent up on the energy need for a body.
means the work he/she is going to carried out for the whole day.
what ever you said is correct, one who is working on the office without anyother activities. if anyone doing other activites like playing out-door activites they need more what you have suggested.
but one thing is very good : taking hot water is very Good. It will help to our digestive system, to easily digestive the fats content with less energy.
if you take cold iteam: our digestive orgran will consume more energy from our body to digestive the oily food.
so depent upon they body need they can increase the food.
but what you give is prefectly good diet for all software employees.

I follow this regimen in my diet. I eat heavy breakfast and eat less for dinner. I layaway drink water and I don't wait until I am thirsty. I drink herb tea and hot water after meals and one thing I just can't get over is my fondness for sweet foods like chocolares and sweet breads. I considered it my biggest sin!

Sometimes to keep healthy diet is a hard mission for anyone.
I've tried several times to avoid eating too much spicy food but every attempt comes to failure eventually. I just can not hold firmly to stay away from those attractive food which is also harmful to my health.
So I envy a lot...
Keep going!
