Yes, there are several options for that but it depends on what kinda page to be into what kinda page and how the end result should be.
Just to give some tips: there can be thru html (iframe), JS (document.write), php (include) and so on.

hmm..thanks for your response..I want to a website home page there..and from there they can surf the whole site...so it should work like a browser inside a webpage...you got my point?

I am not sure but aren't frames just for that. You won't have a real url for the embedded page or frame, but the coding is just the same. This site here: http://www.w3schools.com/might be of help to you in this. It has literally all the tutorials from beginning to advance for website creation and that too with examples.

You also can try Joomla CMS. It has wrapper function so you can browse another website inside your site.
