Getting some income to Paypal

Hey there friends! So here's the thing: even more of my friends started to ask me to order things they need from Ebay. That's a nice thing, I'm the only one who has Paypal account so all the people need something from Ebay, they come to me! They pay me with cash so I "convert" my Paypal money to cash this way! That is a nice thing in my humble opinion. BUT! (there's always a 'but') I can't speed up my earnings to Paypal to order the things my friends need! They want some things for about $5 (that was the maximum amount I had to pay at once) but together with the things I (!!!) want the amount I have to pay overruns my Paypal account budget! With what methods and programs could I get some more money to my Paypal account to keep this little "business" running? I'm courious. I earn about 5 to 7 dollars a week, but that won't be enough if more friends asks me at the same time to order something! Please give me suggestions! Have a nice day, people!
