I joined & registered plenty of Free PTC Sites for almost five month but and already reach the minimum payout to request but when I request for pay out it's said " Payout Request Refused" I thought that this a free site to join but there is a payment. I am already discourage for this matter. What are your suggestion and opinion.

Thoroughly before you decide to join, please read the rules lest you regret later. Do not forget to always ask in forums like this MyLot. lol
Expand your knowledge with the reference and similar sites. Remember people do not easily believe the invitation before it is actually proven. Have a nice day
