altec lansing speakers .. weird bass

guys help me with this .... guys i bought altec lansing multimedia speakers ... on high volume its gives a muddy bass ... plus if i increace the pitch of the volume ther is cracking too ... but this only happens wen i increase the vol control in my pc + my speakers together ... wats shall i do guys is it a manufacturing defect or am i using the speakers ina wrong way .... help me techies

no i dont think der's any fault u doin in using it...as far as i see it can be a maunufacturing problem...or to be on the safer side..itz betta u get it checked to its respective employee. !! KEEP LOTTTTIIIINNNGG !!
