What if there is child abuse?!

The most horrific thing is child abuse!How would you feel if you accidentally discover something that suggests child abuse?And what you would do?Yesterday I was shocked to see genital warts on 3 yers girl!What do you think of this?I`ve never ran across such frightening thing.Me and my collegues talked to her mother very carefully/mentioning nothing about our suspisions/,to take poor girl to the doctor.And guess what,she started yelling at us that this was nothing and she had no money for doctor etc.So what we have to do?We are not sure about the diagnosis,may be this is ? differnt disease.But if our terrible suggestion is right,what we should do? Go to police?And if we are wrong?I think every minute about this child and I don`t know what to do.Give me some advice,please!

How did you see genital warts on a three year old girl? Are you a daycare worker or something? If the parent doesn't do something, call social services.

Yes I work something like this and I am not sure about the diagnosis.May be we would call social services.

What an uncomfortable situation. My sister has a daycare. I wonder what she would do.

Yes very complicated case!My boss will take a desision,probably.She is on a vacation,coming back to work next week.But I am worried about this little girl.
