No a Shower and it has to be luikewarm so it doesn't damage the skin

Nope. I shower every other day. Showering (or bathing) every day dries out my skin, which is usually more dry in the winter anyway. Washing my hair daily dries it out as well. Of course, if I get hot and sweaty then yes, I'll shower.

yes twice!!! i have a very cool warm water jakuzzzzi in my garrage which i have converted into a bath n sauna
