I love peanuts or anything with nuts before but suddenly I need to give up eating this
Five months ago I got pimples all over my face that I uses everything anti pimples cleanser but this doesn't work for me. I just noticed then that I keep on eating nuts during this time I just got addictive. So when I heard from a friend that nuts causes
pimples I tried to stop eating nuts for a month and it really works for me.So I believe that nuts causes my pimples. So I really give up eating nuts but what at risk now is nuts is my brain vitamins...

Peanuts contain oil, eating too much might cause pimples, so eat less you can eat cashew nuts, almonds etc too.

Eating too much of anything is bad, i am fund of fried peanuts, my wife buys the seeds, removes the skin, fries them in slow fire adds black salt, they really taste great, i enjoy eating them after food..
you call them brain vitamins? I think the fat in them caused the pimples, you should reduce eating.
Have a nice day ahead.

I've heard about it too. I love peanuts, and also peanut butter! But I somehow notice that I get pimples a lot. Maybe it's due to some stress, but it could also be the peanut's fault. Haha! Peanuts make your face oilier, which could cause acne problems. But I, too, am not sure of that. That's just what I've heard. :)

If peanuts break you out then you probably have a mild allergy to them, that shows up in the form of acne.
Everybody has different body chemistry. I'm slightly allergic to dairy, it gives me horrible breakouts. But I learned that if I limit myself to one organic diary product a day I'm fine, and I don't have to give up something I love.
Hopefully you can find a happy medium if one exists for you.
