Well, the answer is certainly going to be YES. Of course, the English team think that they are beaten only once in there last 8 series.
The scenario is completely different now. Our team is considered to be as the best batting lineups with the likes of cool heads under Gambhir, Dravid, maestro Sachin, Very Very Special Laxman and the ultimate man of the cricket team, the cucumber cool
Dhoni.
Our bowling attach is not that impressive as the hosts. Still we have the pace trio of Zak, Ishant and Praveen. Zak the most lethal bowlers of the lot. Also, when the wicket turns Harbhajan can be dangerous. the only worry could be the fielding. If we hold the catches, then we are certain to retain the crown after beating the English in there own den.
The first test has now begun and the first day's play has been a washout. Well, lets hope the rain gods won't spoil this series anymore. Zak was very impressive in the first day and he turned out to be the hero. Unfortunately, he had to leave the field and they say its due to hamstring. The entire nation would be praying for him to be available for the full length tour.
The English team mostly rides on the likes of Cook, Trott, KP, Bell and not the least Strauss. they also seem to be consistent for 2 years like the visitors and they are positive that they could be the team that dethrones India to sit on the top of the world.
The English bowlers have an edge over their Indian counterparts, however the battle is going to be between the English ball and the Indian bat.
Lets hope the tri-color would fly always high above the english flag.

India has been World's Top Test side for close to 2 years and have been playing well. So yes, Team India fans can expect their team to win the test series in England but it will be a hard fought close win for the Indian team as England is in good form and has been playing exceptionally well at home.
Indian Middle Order comprising batting legends like Sachin, Dravid, Laxman along with strokemakers like Dhoni and Raina make batting formidable. Plus seam and swing bowlers like Zaheer, Sreesanth and Ishant are bowling well and are expected to take crucial wickets to peg the English back in the series.

India do have the world's best players with them and I have no doubt over India's win. India also have the most lucky and talented Captain with them.
So I think that everything is with the team and they will win the series. England is the country who started the Cricket so it will be fun to watch India winning the series at the origin of the game. Thanks and have a nice day ahead.

Its going to be a tough series but I think India will be in a good position to defeat England at home. With the return of most of the seniors India will have a good side to put up against England and Yes England playing at home will be at their best and will give India a very tough fight.
India are the number one side in cricket and when you look at England you can say that they are right behing India and definately number two. So its going to be an exciting series ahead and both the teams will have a point ot prove to each other and also to other nation sin world cricket.
