Where do you use the money you earn from myLot?

I spend all the money I get from mylot on vacations. I save all my online earnings (I earn at other sites too) and treat me once a year to a good vacation. I live frugally all year on my pension but I want to be like a princess once in a while. This year I went for 15 days to Aruba. By the way, Are you still online? Because, if you comment on this post, you will earn a lot more and we will also be happier to have answered this post.

We're on the same track pinkpiglet(cute), I haven't receive my pay out and If i got my first pay out I'll but shoes for my brother. :)

I let the money build up not only from mylot but from some other stuff and put it all into savings so I can save for a rainy day or something my boyfriend and I need for our hosue like chairs for our dining table or something like that. It may not be a lot at the time, but letting it build up does help in the long run.

I don't think you got any payout yet in mylot because you need to earn the mininum of $10 first and I don't think you have done that with (181) posts. But in saying that I hope you participate more so you can earn some money and have fun spending it or saving it. I save all my online earnings for a yearly holiday. This year I went to Las Vegas for a week with my online earnings. I am earning around $1000 a year from working in mylot and doing surveys. From what others here have said I am fortunite to be making that kind of money doing surveys because most of them here don't. I don't know why I get more surveys to do other than maybe because I live in Canada and we get more. I have been saving again now that I am back from my holiday to Las Vegas which is now 3 1/2 months. I have $224 in my paypal and I have $65.00 in cash from checks that they mailed me. On my way to saving enough for next years holiday which I am not sure where I am going yet, maybe Las Vegas again, maybe somewhere else. Cheers and have a good day , Chris

You can use that to whatever you want,it is your money anyway. But good question...you have to think what/how to spend. I always spend my earning to something that i am sure it serves the purpose. My first earning/s goes to charity and for the first time after 3 years here in mylot,i will be using my earnings for myself. Yes,i will withdraw my earnings from mylot tonight and have some treat with my kids.

I do not keep a separate account of whatever I earn here as it gets transferred to my bank account. But a thought did occur to me yesterday when I pampered myself calling in a beautician to style my hair at home and give me a pedicure. I felt fantastic and when I paid her that amount it added up to the amount I earned here in June almost.

In the past few years, I have usually just put all my online earnings into my regular checking account, because I have always needed to use the money to help out with bills and stuff. However, my financial situation has improved somewhat during the past few months, so as long as I can keep working the hours I am working and making the money I am making in my regular job right now, I may be able to start putting my online earnings into my savings account instead of having to use them to pay bills.

I don't know how much earnings you are looking forward to receiving but I only get ten dollars about once a year. I guess I could cash out more often if I wrote more but I don't see anyone cashing out more that three or four times a year at the most. I have other sites that I make money online, mostly by taking surveys and some paid e-mails so I let my earnings here at mylot combine with them in my paypal account. I normally use the money for e-bay purchases although I do have a paypal debit card that I can use for cash if I need it. I find that it takes earnings from several sites to build up to anything substantial.

There are many ways to spend our earnings not only earnings here from mylot. For me it depend on what the most important to buy or sometimes I invest the rest into online investment and get some revenues

Hi pinkpiglet, Yes, I have been here for three years off an on. And mylot has sent sent me my share to the paypal and from there I get to use them. To be frank I have no pin pointed objectives as to what I shall do with the money earnd through mylot and other sources like article writing. In my paypal it is around $500 now. I have not got them transferred to my bank account. When I will have that amount I will surely buy something for my son. And you are welcomed to mylot maze.

Hi PP! The money is still there in my account. I am not sure whether I will keep it or spend it. I don't know which one from that two will be my choice. Hehe... It is your money so it is up to you on how you would like to spend it for yourself. You can go and do some shopping with it or pay bills or simply just save it. You can even save some and spend the rest! Any of them will be just fine~(^^)

For the lowest cash out threshold at $10.00 or a bit more, I don't think we can use it to purchase for a lot of foods or a lot of things. For me, I do have a special bank account to save all of my online earning inclusive the earning from mylot. With this special account, I can find out the accumulation of my online earning from time to time. Base on this statistic, I shall be able to find out my problem easily. Then I can set a higher earning target in the following month. It is a very good practice for me so far.

i just save it and leave it first in the bank. i wanted to know how much would an earning be when gotten from online jobs.

i save it in Bank.I dont go for expenses ,i think this is good for me.It depends on each persons need and how they will make use of the money earned.

same as me, like you i am new bie here, so don't have my first pay out. I think if you want to get your first pay out and get your money from here, you should be more active and after that its up to you where you want to spend your money..

Well, actually I just got my first payout this month, unfortunately I don't have to much availabe time to spend in mylot as I would like to. I personally just do discussions and/or comments. I know that there are other things such as Tasks, I personally have never done one myself, but I have heard from other members it does help in your earnings and makes a difference, so that is something you might want to consider in order to increase your earnings. I love coming on mylot and talking with everyone and discussing, at least with the little time I have available to do it. Well anyways, welcome to mylot I am sure that you will enjoy it. I can relate with your situation, because I just started yesterday. But one thing is sure you will receive your earnings, maybe in a matter of two weeks.Good for you, while others have already a long list of payables, here you are enjoying the excitement of receiving your first pay plus mixed up thoughts on how you are going to use it. If I were you, I get one of your suggestions. I would treat my family to a restaurant that if my earnings would warrant. Then if there are some extra amount left, I might as well save it.

Wow! It's a good question, for me maybe I will spend some on my personal necessities, and the rest I will save it for my parents. Because as of now I help them build their new house(parents) so maybe if I will earn some money here in mylot I will give it some to my parents. Even though I just started yet here in mylot I'm also thinking how I will spend my money if I get earn.:)
