Dato Lee is the best ever badminton player for Malaysia and even in the world,he is one of the top players, with amazing fitness, talent, determination and skills. Lin Dan, as his strongest opponent for the moment feels impressed of Dato Lee's spirit and skills. However, Dato Lee is now 29 years old, the age which should be the peak where the players could stand, still no any backup player could match his level. What do you think about it? What's going on with the backup players?

In fact I like Lee Chong Wei because he is one of the strong opponents to Lin Dan. I like to watch the exciting badminton game which you can't predict which will be the winner. So if there is no Lee Chong Wei, then Chinese badminton players will hardly have strong foreign opponents. So the badminton will be less attractive for me. I hope there will be more strong badminton players so that I can enjoy watching it.
I love China

I agree with you guys that Dato Lee is one of the best badminton players besides his strong opponent, Lin Dan. I like both Dato Lee & Lin Dan styles of playing & both of them have similarities such as high speed, powerful attacks & solid defence, but I don't think any backup players could replace both of them nowadays.

NO question that Lee Chong Wei is one of the top badminton player in the world of sport. He not only has the speed, strength and stamina to be the best, he is also behave in a gentleman like athlete all the time, you never see him get angry and throwing tantrum in the badminton court like some other big time players, never see him argue with the empire for wrong call even though he is on the right side of the coin. The only thing he did while playing his opponent is to do his best with all he got and remain a good sportmanship during his game and to his audiences, he is still one of the best world class athlete even though he is getting old. I will hate to see him retire from the badminton court when the time come, probably many will miss his top rated play too, i will put him at the same level as one of the top Indonesian player like Rudy Atono. Hopefully Malaysia can train new player having the same caliber like him in the future to continue the tradition of this popular Malaysian sport inside the country. I think he is near to the top of game at the age of 29 years old, he probably is going to be defeated soon in world tournament.
