Here are some home remedies that can help you. Support your legs with special support stockings available at surgical supply stores to improve circulation. Elevate your legs. When you get a chance, lie down for 15min with your legs on a pillow. Elevated above your heart. Or rest your foot on a stool when you're sitting down. Walk regularly for overall circulation, without increasing pressure on the legs. But avoid strenuous running, jumping, aerobic dance, or training with heavy weights, since very vigorous or high impact activity can cause pain and swelling in the legs. Avoid prolonged standing and sitting because it keeps blood from pooling in your legs. Don't cross your legs because it puts pressure on the leg veins. Don't wear tight clothing and shoes because they can compress and restrict the veins around the legs. Maintain a healthy weight for your age and height. Weight gain may cause new varicose veins to appear. Avoid constipation. Drink plenty of fluids and increase fiber fiber in your diet

It's easy, do you have a stockings for varicose veins? If no, you need to buy one, the stocking indicates anti varicose. Then wear it just after you wake up, when you haven't walk yet and if you forgot to ear the stockings and woke up, do the walking. you need to lie down your bed, hang your feet for around 15 mins,

I also suffer from varicose veins and a few years ago I was operated. I remember having pains in my legs but fortunately very little now. Occasionally, I have cramps. It's good not to be gained weight and try to eat healthy, avoiding fat, that can hinder circulation. Swimming is great exercise for this. In general you should try to have a healthy life.
