You are in saudi arabia. U must have got used to such a hot climate. Do not worry about this. Everybody will be having similar problems. Nothing wrong in sweating more- sweating takes place due to humidity. only thing is drink more and more water. Do not smoke. Avoid smoking.

Now it is hot. By september it will be pleasant from our standards (people who are used to hot climates like india /saudi). One sweater will do even if u feel cold. Only from October/November winter really starts and am happy we will be in India by then. good day.

Even moving too much or too fast inside makes me sweat, so I know what you mean. I do not want to do much myself. It is not going to get any better for the next week either.

During really hot spellsvI often say "God Bless the man who inve rnted air conditioning' . What an awesome idea I've tried to figure out who to credit and the closest I came was Willis Carrier who was the first to invent ac units

hi zills welcome to the hot spot of the Us Southern California today is another scorcher 105 yesterday was cool only 104 yipee so you do expect it in places like Saudi Arabia but yes its usually hot in Sept here in Southern Ca. but not quite this hot. I fully expect some wild fires to pop up when the heat is up , the air is dry, and the arsonist nuts run around setting fires to watch the pretty flames I guess. horrible that they do this and hundreds watch in shock as their homes are reduced to bubble. the cost of housing in our state is also horrible. Please Zills do drink plenty of cold water to replace all that you sweat out. do not go out in that scorching heat but be careful so you do not get heat stroke.[em]

Hi, zills66. Yes, I am sure that we all can say the same thing here! It has been very hot this summer in South Carolina where I reside at. I have been uncomfortable and miserable during this hot season. Especially with the humidity being so mugging and sweltering! It is usually the main cause of why it is so hot outside anyway. When my body loses water, I usually will drink Powerade or Gatorade to replenish the sweat that I have lost while sweating. It has electrolytes that are essential in refueling any lost body sweat while you have been active. I just drink it because I have sweated profusely from all of this hot heat.

I really dislike hot weather and humidity makes it even worse. I would so much rather go through cold than heat anyday. At least in the cold one can get dressed and warm fairly easily while in the heat it's harder to cool off once the temperature gets too high. I say soak in cool water if there is any near by

Hi, stary1. I say the same thing too. It is so much more easier to deal with the winter cold season than it is to deal with the hot season. I manage better when it is very cold.

Hi, i empathize with you. I don't live in such a warm country as you but the past couple of weeks have been hell. It's just too hot outside to go in the sun, I avoid going out at all between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. That doesn't help much with sweating but at least i don't get sun burn. I recommend that to everyone, actually I heard allot about skin cancer connected with sun burn and just allot of sun exposure so I'm trying to avoid that. Well in this heat all we can do is drink allot of water and try to go on. Myself, I can't work in this heat and can't wait for it to cool of a bit so I can continue working normally.
