What is the best way to learn english?

As english is my VI native language I found that it is somewhat difficult for me to take command in english. Help me to get through it.

I use English wherever I can - my mobile phone, games, websites etc. I just try to get the English version of everything :D

hahahha :D you are right but english couldn't be improve by reading 'New Campaign' & 'Exit'. :D

I have a unique style of gaming - I try to get the every detail of the story. This way, you may improve it, but only if you're listening/reading carefully :D

I am from a 'Marathi' speaking family. But my english improved greatly by reading. I feel that it is the only way to improve your english. So try reading good english books. Reading english newspapers helps a lot as well.
