I Hate Being Lied About!!

There is nothing worse than being lied about! Specially at work. When it comes to my source of income, I hate being lied to, or lied about as it could potentially affect my livelihood. I hope you got it straighten out with your boss. I hope that your boss knows you enough to believe you.

Yes I do hate being lied to and I hope your boss believes you..How long have you worked for this company? If it has been a while, maybe your boss suspects the people lied..

Who wouldn't? everybody hates being lied by someone. I felt the same way which also happened in the office. I had a customer (on his 40's) who seemed to be disgusting. I was able to inform him everything about the service that we're providing and our conversation was good and well that I really believed he understood everything. I was able inform him that on the first 6 mos. his invoice will be free of charge and on the 7th month $1.50 will apply. But, when our confirmation manager called him for the confirmation process, the customer himself, lied and told my manager that I was giving him different information and I was so pissed. I thought I had a sale already but everything turned to to nothing. I was really so sure that he understood everything but without me knowing it he was just fooling around that time and yet he lied and defamed me to my manager. Thank goodness goodness the recording was pulled out and I have proven to them I was'nt giving false info's.

I get that all the time. But I dont have the same situation as you though. Being lied to and being lied about are just two worst things that really pisses me off. What can solve that problem is that the three of you seat together and talk, and if you have evidence, like a receipt, then show it..

I wouldn't let that kind of attitude pass without confronting the person if i can reach him. I am really pissed with that kind of attitude and it makes me wanna cuss on those people. I hardly cuss but when somebody lies to my expense just so he or she could get what she wanted, that's way out of line.

I really hate them!!! :@ Some times I just want to give a punch in theirs faces! Don't you feel the same thing? It's really annoying, people going to say things that we never said or things that we never have done before... And when you discover what is going on, half a world know that stupid lie! Yes, I agree with you LovingMyBabies, this is one screwed up world... :S

This has indeed happened to me on numerous occasions. Stretching all the way back to the day i confronted the school bully and beat him up. When a teacher came to break up the fight, the school bully cried and told the teacher I picked on him constantly and when he couldn't take it any longer he fought back and i beat him up. It was funny in retrospect because he was so convincing I almost began to believe him. lol But your case reminds me of when I was a bank teller. A representative of Woolworths came to make a deposit and I counted the money and the deposit was 30 dollars short. The representative swore that he had been coming in for over 15 years and never had a problem. Of course the customer is always right and I had to take a lie detector test and swear in a written statement. The difference was charged to me and the customer was credited the 30 dollars. There have been many since. I think its the people in the world that are screwed up. lol

Yes ohh yessssss I hate it so much, especially when i'm unaware of it at all!! I have this friend who puts everything on me, and I had no clue about it!! Like for example the time when she bought all those revealing clothes and her mom found it in her cupboard. She then told her mom that it was mine and th next time I went there her mom was like why do you buy clothes like that and why do you lend clothes like that to my daughter and stuffs. I was like aunty what the hell are you on about . Ughh I hate it. She could have atleast consulted it with me so we could have thought of something together

Oh no! I can't believe someone would do something like that to you! It seems like some people out there are only there for themselves, they seem to do absolutely anything if it will benefit them, not caring how it affects other people! You should just be honest with your boss and tell him what happened - I'm sure he will understand.

HI.. Lying is really not good. Especially when somebody lies just to get ahead of you. I hate that. I hate it when somebody lies to me. I hope you can get back the trust of your boss on you and I hope the truth will come out so that your name will be cleared of the accusation. L)
