Should we say "good luck" or "God bless" ?

I used to say good luck to anyone who has a task to hurdle like when about to take an exam, to be interviewed, or anything that has to be decided yet. But thinking about it, God's intervention may play a big role on whether or not you'll be given a thing you want to have. Nowadays, it's not anymore good luck, but God bless so that the person I am also wishing for it would pray and ask for God's help. :)

I think its better to say "God bless" to someone younger than you.If the person is elder then I would wish "good luck".It would sound really awkward if we say "god bless you" to someone older than you.

I think there is no difference between saying good luck or god bless. I think it is just a kind of good wish. And we just wish the things becoming better and better. Also, different areas have different customs.

hi, for me in that situation i would rather prefer to say good luck because this is an examination and you will not traveling or going somewhere or do something,i only use God Bless when a person will travel,or do something that really dangerous, driving a car.

thats a nice thought but im not comfortable witj saying "god bless" whenever. I do say god bless when someone snezes around me otherwise i just tell them god luck for whatever they jave to do. Like interviews or exams or going somewhere abroad.
