Body wraps are not bound for weight loss.

I have read body wraps are too good to be true-and it is. It is true what they claim that i n less than an hour you are slimmer and trimmer-but only for about an hour or so. After a few glasses of water your weight will be right back where it started. Because it is only water, not fat, that you shed in the body wrap. As for the inches, well, they bounce back, too. For instance, if you twist a rubber band around your finger, leave it there and remove it in a few minutes later, you'll have an indentation on your finger-a temporary one. The same thing happens if you wrap your body tightly in something-whether it be cellophane or a girdle. The inches aren't lost, merely shifted. They will creep back into normal in a matter of time.

I tried one of those slimming body wraps. I didn't notice a difference at all. My clothes fit the same, my skin looked the same. It wasn't really tight, but it was warm. I wonder how many people have purchased more than one. It only took me one time to know that it was not worth ever paying for again.
