TNA cutting many from Roster

I have seen where they are cutting many on their roster and feel some they are cutting are the ones that will MAKE the show! Generation Me put in their notice for they are leaving on their own and they were doing remarkably well. What are your thoughts on their cuts?

Generation Me left because they weren't appearing on Impact all that much, thus not making much money. They also said they didn't want to break up as a team quite yet (which makes perfect sense). TNA also got rid of Jay Lethal and Amazing Red too, I think they are preparing to pick up new wrestlers, like the ones the WWE just got rid of over the weekend.
