So again, I have hit another plateau, in which I find myself not losing any weight, no matter how hard I try. It is so frustrating. For the past two weeks I have lost an inch and the sad part is I have been doing everything I am suppose to be doing.
I thought during my last discussion that was it, I had passed that part, but it's like dejavu all over again.

I'm not sure if you have this figured out already, but I hope you've bumped yourself out of this plateau already. I think that sometimes, the body gets so used to the routine, even if it is rigorous excercise, that it couldn't lose any more weight. Maybe it needs a change in your routine.
But, I'm no expert. I could only wish you luck!

No, unfortunately I am still in the same place, I have lost a few ounces but nothing to be jumping for joy. The Dr. told me to take it easy and continue doing what I am doing, the only thing is school has started so I have limited the amount of excercise I do on a weekly basis, because of my lack of time. I honestly don't have any time to fit in anything of excercise I wish I could, but these classes are really kicking my butt...

Hiya fabs,
That is it the not giving up bit just keep doing what you are doing and keep as much as you can to the diet and the exercise.
Everyone is different so get downhearted so much your effort will pay off soon wait and see.
I don´t think it´s dejavu it´s just that we all have systems that work a bit differently that´s all. Some will lose weight quicker and others more slowly.
Hang on in there I am losing a bit of tummy that I wanted to lose but not too much either (grin).

Thanks for the inspiring words.
I guess you are right, all bodies do work differently, luckily I feel that I have lost a good amount of weight in the period I have been dieting. I try not to get downhearted, but when I see myself stuck and not going anywhere and I am doing everything right, it just tends to get a bit fraustrated.
Congratulations on losing a bit of that tummy, I know how good it feels trust me.

Hiya fabs,
Actually I meant to say at the top there of the other response don´t get downhearted (grin) I write so fast I go ahead of myself.
Well now you know not to give up and not get too downhearted either.
Its actually good to know what makes you put those two little extra kilos on around the tummy you know so you know what to do to get it all off from around there the next time they appear.
One secret was I stopped eating Bread for one Day eat the next and the next Day bread but less of it and more salad with less oil on it.
We use a lot of Olive Oil here and it is fattening if you put too much of it on your Salads and things.
Same with Sugar keep it much less for a Day but never cut it out altogether it has to be done very slowly so slowly you don´t notice it.
Now I hate more than a teaspoon of Sugar in my tea two is way too much and white Sugar is a no no prefer to do without.
Also be careful with Biscuits as now they are making them glucose in them instead of Sugar which is much worse.
I decided to read the Packet one Day and I found they were using Glucose Syrup instead of Sugar can you believe it?
Maybe that helps a bit.
Just keep trying but not too hard all the time.
Take care now pretty sure you will be able to do it too.xxx
