Poop coffee: want to try?

Would you dare to drink a coffee out of poop?
The worlds most expensive coffee comes from poop of an Asian Palm Civet which is sold for 100-600 dollars per kilo.
The coffee will be made when a civet eats the berries of coffee for their fleshy pulp. In its stomach,proteolytic enzymes seep into the beans, making shorter peptides and more free amino acids. Passing through a civet's intestines the beans are then defecated, keeping their shape. After gathering, thorough washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing, these beans yield an aromatic coffee with much less bitterness, widely noted as the most expensive coffee in the world. Asian palm civet only eats coffee so it is said to be clean.
This coffee were oftenly produced mainly on the islands of Sumatra, Java, Bali and Sulawesi in the Indonesian Archipelago which is called Kopi-luwak, and also in the Philippines which known for kape alamid in the country.
Its sound disgusting but many rich and wealthy people crazed for this coffee.

It's a good thing i am not very fond of drinking coffee. Knowing that it's from the poop of the civet cat, i would not like to even taste it. 
I have seen some tv clips about it, and some said that it doesn't taste good. So, why is it so costly, in the first place.

Yes, imagine having that poop coffee for a higher cost than ordinary coffee? Yet, it doesn't taste as good as the natural coffee?

hahaha... i've tasted that coffee and i like it... i'm not a coffee expert but i like luwak coffee better than a regular coffee...

That does sound really disgusting. It is an interesting process though. Even if i could afford it i don't think i would drink it. I would rather drink the coffee i have know. It must taste good though if so many people are willing to pay so much for it, or unless it's just flaunting the money they have to spend on a certain brand of coffee. Would you drink it?

I wanna try it actually but its just so expensive, I can't afford!
The inner part of the seed that is used to be processed for brewing do not actually touched the poop. The outer layer of the seed actually is the one touches the poop, but then it is clean thoroughly, washed many times and dried. When it is dry they remove the outer layer of it and by then, the seed is now ready to be roasted and then processed. There is a few steps before the final process so, you do not get scared that the seed will actually touch poop. Or the rich people won't be drinking it! hahaha
