Keeping liver healthy is very important to keep yourself healthy

Live plays important role in our life to keep ourself healty, Do you know the weight of our liver,it is 1 to 1.5 Kg. If our liver unwell then we could face many disease like hepatitis A, B, C, D, AND E virus spread through contaminated food, drinks or water.
Now know how to keep liver healthy
Always take well balanced diet in just adequate amount
Do not eat sweets chaats etc, which are kept in the open.
Do not take semi cooked chicken
Do not smoke or use tobaccco in any other form
There must be more point, if you know more please share with me
I always like to discuss on health because i feel in these days there are many diseases are spread all over the world so that we must give attention on our food and daily routien what do you think all about it.
