According to me balance diet is that diet which contain all vitamins, mineral, carbohydrate, fat which our body needs on daily basis but in correct amount.
Our diet must be full of nutrition, it must be adequate atleast for normal growth and development of man.
Because the main reason of diseases is our unbalance diet, We do not concentrate on the containing nutrition of our diet but we give attention only on taste.
That's why we are facing problems in our body.Fruits must be include in our diet and should avoid junk food as can as possible.
If you do not know what to eat exactly you must consult with doctor so take you can keep your body healthy.

At the moment, I am trying to lose weight, and I am sticking to a calorie allowance of 1,200 per day. When I have reached my goal weight, I will be able to increase this to 1,800 per day without gaining any more weight so I am looking forward from that. In that allowance, I like to make sure that I have fruit and vegetables and at least one yoghurt and some meat. Once I have got everything "healthy" out of the way, I am left with about 50 calories with which I can have something nice, usually a biscuit is what I choose for this little treat.

For one to be able to have a balanced diet, always have fruits or vegetable , carbohydrates and protein rich food, in your meals.
Example for lunch you can have a piece of meat, sauteed cabbage with mongo sprouts, a banana and rice or bread or sweet potato or mashed potato.
Meals need not be expensive , but just see to it that the meals for the day supplies our needed nutrients. And have at least 8 glasses of water a day.
