Cigarette smoking is very dangerous habit as it would kill the persons. In today's world this rate has been increased to maximum extent wherein which the stress related life has been said as the reason. There are several harmful effects are said to have appear due to smoking. The tobacco in the cigarette would deteriorate the essential organs of the human thereby the life span gets reduced. The prime and foremost organs that are affected by the smoking are lungs and heart. These two organs are drastically affected which would impede the normal health of the person.
Blood vessels are damaged for the smokers because of the nicotine and carbon monoxide presence. Lung cancer would be the prime disease caused because of cigarette smoking. The blood vessels are severely damaged and even the plaque materials are get deposited in the walls of the heart. Strokes, heart diseases, and skin diseases are the major diseases that are of smoking. Death rate is higher if this habit of smoking is continued till longer time. Carbon monoxide present in the body would affect the muscles, brain, tissues and the heart to get damaged to severe form and hence the person would get number of diseases than expected. Even it is left untreated on long term basis
