Spanish Classes!

I'm currently taking up an Introduction to Spanish course at our university. My professor's main method for teaching is through listening audios and interactive participation. I'm a little nervous since there is a lot of talking to be done. Please share your Spanish class experiences and share some tips on how can I ace the subject.

I have never taken Spanish classes but would love to take one. Spanish and Mandarin have been the two languages I've been wanting to take for a long time. Right now I don't have the time or money to take one so I guess it has to wait a couple more months.
Anyway the nervousness will be there but I guess the level of excitement is a lot bigger. The first few days might be a bit difficult but it just will get better after that. Good luck

I would love to study Mandarin to. It is nice to know that we share something in common. Thanks for the motivation :)
